About Flowchestra
Flowchestra is a Secure AI Operations platform that helps organizations adopt AI responsibly by turning messy, disconnected work into secure, governed systems that can safely leverage automation and AI. We’re solving a critical problem: teams are under pressure to “use AI,” but governance, reliability, and auditability haven’t caught up—especially in regulated environments.
We’re a small, experienced founding team with deep security and operations background, a working MVP, and early customer traction.
What You Might Build
This is not a single role—it's a talent pool for builders who want to work on production-grade, governance-first AI systems. Depending on your strengths, you may contribute to:
Integrations & Connectors: OAuth/webhooks, third-party APIs, idempotent operations, error handling, contract tests
Workflow & Automation: execution primitives, retries, approval gates, run history, template flows
AI Reliability: deterministic validators around probabilistic outputs, evaluation harnesses, guardrails
Security & Governance: access controls, audit logging, policy enforcement, data isolation, threat modeling
Observability: instrumentation, telemetry, debugging tools, compliance reporting
Who you are
We’d love to hear from you if you have strength in one or more of:
Backend or full-stack engineering (TypeScript/Node/Next.js a plus, not required)
API integration experience (auth, rate limits, retries, webhooks)
Security-minded building (PII, credentials, audit trails, “what could go wrong”)
Strong testing/reliability habits and ownership mindset
What we value
Low ego, high curiosity
Clear communication (PRs, docs, async updates)
Practical judgment and bias toward shipping
Governance as foundational infrastructure—not a bolt-on
What we offer
Real product, real users: You’ll work on a platform designed for secure, governed AI adoption—not demos or toy problems.
Close mentorship: Learn directly from an experienced founding team with backgrounds in cybersecurity leadership, SOC operations, DevSecOps, MSP/IT services, compliance, and eDiscovery.
Mixed expertise, one mission: We combine security + operations + workflow design so the product fits how businesses actually run.
Startup experience: See the full loop—customer conversations, roadmap decisions, rapid iteration, and what it takes to earn trust in regulated markets.
Cutting-edge stack: Modern web + systems tooling (TypeScript/Next.js/React, API integrations, observability patterns, SDLC) plus AI infrastructure focused on reliability, validation, and governance.
