Flowchestra does NOT:

• share Customer Data with advertisers

Flowchestra DOES:

• process Customer Data only to provide the Service

• store Customer Data securely

• access Customer Data only when needed for support, troubleshooting, or security

• use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve reliability and performance

If required by law, we make a Data Processing Addendum available.

• Customer Data is not used by Flowchestra or our model providers to train shared models.

• AI providers process data under strict confidentiality and security requirements.
