The company behind governed AI operations.

Flowchestra was founded by two people who spent their careers running and securing operations for businesses that couldn't afford mistakes. The platform exists because of what they watched AI adoption do without structure.

Started inside a real business, not a pitch deck.

~3.75% Of operational capacity recovered, before the platform existed
100 Person organization the model was built and run inside

Before Flowchestra was a platform, it was an operating model running inside a live enterprise. As Chief Innovation and Information Security Officer at Entara, Raum Sandoval built and ran the model that inspired Flowchestra: AI enablement with governance and ROI tracking across a 100 person organization, which recovered roughly 3.75% of its operational capacity before the platform existed.

AI works best when business works first.

The lesson wasn't that AI is powerful. Everyone knows that. The lesson was that AI only holds up when the business around it is mapped, governed and measured first. That conviction is the company.

The people you'll actually talk to.

The direction is steady: deeper operational intelligence, a growing operator ecosystem delivering AI operations to their clients, and a platform where governed AI execution is the default way businesses run AI. We publish what's live. Ask us what's next and we'll tell you.
